  • Our cleaning service guarantee states that if you're not completely satisfied with any area we've cleaned, email us within 24 hours and we'll return and re-clean it at no additional cost until you are, or we'll offer you a partial credit against your subsequent appointment.

  • If you're trying to reschedule it must be 24hrs in advance notice or you will have to pay another deposit to book again.

  • Absolutely, our solution is non-toxic, ECO-Friendly and approved to be safe for use around children, pets, and family members. Only non-toxic, ecologically friendly chemicals are employed by us.

    We are currently on an appointment only system. All available appointments and sates will be shown at the time of booking.

  • We can't promise that we'll get rid of all blemishes and/or stains. Nonetheless, we promise to completely sterilize everything. We still guarantee that we will try our hardest to cure and get rid of any tough stains or spots. There are substances that can dye carpet fibers permanently. The age and type of the upholstery's fiber also affect how well it cleans. Prior to cleaning, our highly qualified specialists will make an effort to assess the likelihood of removing persistent stains and/or permanent blemishes

The IICRC, also known as the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification, is a significant affiliate in the inspection, cleaning, and restoration sectors, and it is where we received our certification. Businesses must meet a stringent set of requirements for knowledge and business integrity in order to become IICRC-certified. We are a firm that is certified by the IICRC, trained, and certified.
